My friend and I had the great good fortune to have Veronica on our 4 hr raft trip and then the Root glacier hike the next day. Safety was foremost but having fun was a very close second! A kayaker safety person is there in case of emergency and she was helpful getting in/out of the raft. For the glacier hike, Veronica was an awesome photographer AND was very encouraging and patient! Top notch team all around and they provide individualized service.
